How would you like to bless the women of your church with teaching from Beth Moore right in the comfort of your own pews (or folding chairs or family life center)? Wouldn’t you love to see the fruit of the Lord working in their lives? Maybe the task seems daunting or flat out too much to take on. Not to worry! We are here to help you plan a successful event that meets women right where they are and brings them closer to God. Because, after all, that’s what it’s all about!
The Living Proof Simulcast is happening September 16th. Here are six easy steps you can take to host this event at your home church.
Step One: Cast A Vision
It is important to determine your vision for the event. Consult your church leadership about the purpose of offering the event. Is it just for the women in your congregation? Do you want to open it up to the public? Are you partnering with other churches? Developing a vision for the WHY of your event is essential to hosting a successful simulcast.
Step Two: Select Your Simulcast Stream + Location
Simulcast hosts can choose to host the same day as the event, regardless of your time zone, or you can host the event within 30 days! We also offer our hosts the ability to offer Open Captioning, American Sign Language, or Spanish interpretation at their events—all free of charge! And where will you host the stream you choose? Every host location is different. Some hosts stream their event in their church sanctuary, some in a fellowship hall or gymnasium, and some even use movie theaters or living rooms!
Step Three: Build a Team + Plan Your Event
You aren’t meant to plan a simulcast on your own! We help each host build a team so you aren’t doing it by yourself, AND you get to create new friendships along the way! We’ll help you know exactly who you need on your team. We love connecting with our simulcast hosts! In fact, we connect with them on a daily basis through a private website and Facebook group. If you host a simulcast with us, you’ll be swapping ideas with past and present hosts from all over the world! We also provide our hosts with a great Host Guide that will prepare you for every aspect of the event.
Step Four: Promote Your Event
Do you dream of uniting fellow Christian women in your community? The simulcast is a great way to reach out to other churches and also those who may not already have a relationship with Jesus. We provide free customizable marketing pieces to our simulcast hosts that you can print and distribute to help spread the word! We want to make sure everybody knows about your event.
Step Five: Enjoy the Event
On event day, you’ll get to see the fruit of everything you’ve been planning as women gather in worship and prayer—not only in your church but in churches around the globe!
Step Six: Follow Up
Don’t let a simulcast come and go without dreaming about the future! How can you use a simulcast to launch new Bible study groups or connect with new believers? Our hope is these events are just a catalyst for something bigger in your churches and communities!
So consider hosting the simulcast in your church—it’s easier than you think. And imagine how you could bless the women within your church and community.
Plus, if your church registers by July 1, 2017, you’ll receive a free leader kit of Beth’s not-yet-released Bible study, The Quest (valued at $99.99)—the perfect follow up to the simulcast!
The Quest: An Excursion Toward Intimacy with God will be a 6-session study releasing the same day as the simulcast—September 16!
