Parents, in today’s Bible story your child learned about God’s plan for people. God made people different from every other part of creation. God created us to have a relationship with Him.

It’s only natural that we gravitate to the people we know best and those who are like us. It’s easier to interact with people with whom we share a common interest or background. The problem arises when those friendships drive us to overlook others, ignore them, or worse, show preferential treatment.
Last week we encouraged you to memorize our Unit Verse as a family. This week create a mural on construction paper depicting creation. Write the verse on it and hang it in your home!
