Well, this is it. After a week full of awesome stories and adventures, it’s time to pack everything back up and head on home. After many goodbyes, hugs, and friend requests on all the social media sites people use now-a-days, everyone is preparing to leave tomorrow morning to go back to their home cities; but they’re going back changed.
This week, so many lives have been touched and so many hearts have been changed. Decisions have been made, and minds have been set on living eternally and not of this world. Even though this week of World Changers is over, the lessons and messages that were instilled in hearts will carry on in the lives of these students and leaders. It’s so exciting to think about the changes that will be made in cities around the nation, because of the work that has taken place this week.
In Clovis this week: there were 37 presentations of the gospel, 23 people requested prayer, 15 bibles were handed out, there were 2 people who recommitted their lives to Christ, and 3 people accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. I’m not exaggerating when I say that the people of Clovis were impacted this week.
If you’d like to keep getting informed on what’s happening with World Changers, and important information, you can do so on the Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/wcmissions.
On behalf of all of the coordinators and staff, I want to thank you so much for being apart of this mission with us. The impacts that were made here this week are truly remarkable. Just like these wonderful servants of Christ, working hand in hand from all over the country. We are leaving Clovis, California a changed city, just as we are leaving as changed people.
Whether it’s on this side of glory, or the next, I look forward to speaking with you all again.
