As you know, we’re thrilled about this new release from Beth Moore! Entrusted: A Study of 2 Timothy will officially release on September 1! We’re gathering a team of people to help us launch this study and we want you to be a part!
The best news travels fastest by word of mouth. We know that most people get excited about what their friends get excited about. If you’re the kind of person who can’t wait to tell your friends about new studies through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and blogs, you are exactly the person we’re looking for!
If that sounds like you, continue reading. We’ve tried to answer all the questions you may have. At the end of this post, you’ll find a form you need to fill out to be considered. If you don’t see the form at first, refresh the page.
Q: What is a social media launch team?
A social media launch team is a group of people who will commit to getting the word out about Entrusted through the social media channels that they currently use (like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, blogs, etc.) from early August through the release of the Bible study in September.
Q: Will I receive a copy of the study ahead of release?
We know that many launch teams receive books ahead of their release so that launch team members can read them before promoting them. Because of the way Bible studies are published and printed, we are not able to send them to anyone ahead of their release date. We completely understand if you do not want to promote a product you haven’t read. We are looking for people who are willing to say they are excited about the release, they love Beth Moore’s other Bible studies, they want to learn more about 2 Timothy, etc. You do not have to endorse the study or pretend you already love it. Just tell people you can’t wait to study 2 Timothy with Entrusted! You will receive samples of the printed study and video teachings ahead of the release, so hopefully you will get a feel of the content.
Q: Is this an online Bible study?
This is NOT an online Bible study. While we would certainly encourage you to do the Bible study with a group of women once it releases, that will not be the purpose of this team. The main purpose will be to get the word out about Entrusted.
Q: How does a social media launch team work?
Once accepted, you will be invited to join a private Facebook group. We will then post “share squares,” video clips, and other items from the Bible study to the Facebook group. Your responsibility will be to then post those share squares, video clips, and additional items to your own social media channels. This will happen about two to three times a week. It’s that simple! [You do need Facebook to participate in the launch team, but we do not require that you post anything to Facebook.]
Q: Will I need to create anything to share with my friends and family on social media for Entrusted?
No. We will supply you with everything you’ll need through the private Facebook group!
Q: Will I get anything for being a member of the launch team?
Yes. All members of the social media launch team will receive a special thank you gift for participating.
Q: Can anyone join the social media launch team?
Unfortunately, we can only accommodate a certain number of applicants. Thus, the launch team will be limited to women who already have an active social media presence. Due to shipping costs, the launch team is open to those who live in the U.S. and Canada.
Q: When and how will we find out if we were chosen to be a part of the launch team?
The deadline to apply to be part of the launch team is July 29. We will send an email to the selected women the following week. [Be sure to check your spam filters that week!]
Fill out this form to apply. [If you do not see a form, try refreshing the page.]
