The first week in January is always a great time for fresh starts and new beginnings, and over the last couple of years I’ve discovered that it’s also a great time to sit under some inspiring, rock-solid teaching.
And get this: I’m sitting under that teaching from the comfort of my very own home. IT IS A WONDER, Y’ALL.
The source of all of this Biblical encouragement? Passion2012, a four-day gathering of students from 18-25. They’re in Atlanta at the Georgia Dome, and the Passion team has outdone themselves once again this year. There’s a live video feed of every session, and you can even go back and watch some of the previous sessions. So far the students (and the people watching online) have heard messages out of Ephesians from Louie Giglio, Beth Moore, Christine Caine and Francis Chan – and tonight the main speaker is John Piper.
I hear he knows a thing or two about the Bible. :-)
Tune in to Passion2012 if you get a chance – you will be humbled and renewed by what you see and hear!
