Reading is one way we continue to learn as leaders. I recently asked some seasoned women’s ministry leaders, as well as some younger ones, what is the one book (HINT: it was VERY hard getting them to only submit one!) you would recommend to a new leader as essential to her walk with Christ and/or her leading a ministry for women.
