It’s a new year, and after three months of stumbling over boxes piled up in my office, I decided to do some “house” cleaning. Guess what I found? 10 Bible study kits that are damaged on the outside but perfectly perfect on the inside! SO, for the next 10 Fridays, we’ll be giving away a LifeWay Women Bible study kit.
This week’s FREE kit, Esther, by Beth Moore. Esther_Cover_email.jpg
Esther is one of my all time favorite Bible studies. I’m sure many of you may have already taken this study, but “for such a time as this,” you might lead a new group of women through Esther.
How about this? If you’d be interested in doing an online Bible study using the kit either through your blog or Facebook, or if you’d like to lead a group of women in your local community through the study and blog about it as you go through, then let us know and post the link to where you’d talk about he study in your comment.
From there, we will use to choose a winner with the comments posted. We’ll announce the winner each week on Tuesday’s post.
If you have questions, you may email me at
Praying everyone has a fantastic Friday and great weekend!

I did the Esther Bible Study a couple of years ago when my family was in the midst of some life-changing choices. This study deeply impacted me and I have wanted to do it again with the ladies in our new town. Adding the Facebook or blog component would be awesome because so many more women could be involved with us!

  2. Dana says

I would love to have a set for my church. I have bought a book for myself and others expressed an interest in doing the study after flipping through my book.
I’ve never thought of doing it as a facebook study outside the church… that might be a REALLY fun way to go about the study as well.
Thank you for such a great giveaway. All of Beth’s studies I have done have been such a Godsend!

  3. Kimberly Norris says

I would love to do the study Esther with a small group in my church. we have actually been talking about doing it, just haven’t acquired the money to buy the kit. If chosen I would love to blog about what God is doing through the study within the small group. We could do a blog through private group on facebook. We have did several of Beth Moores studies and they are always such a blessing.

  4. Madelin Butler says

I have led Beth studies and have wanted to do an online FB study or blog. This would be such a blessing.

Ooohhhhh what a great idea. An online study group would be wonderful for me and the many women in our church in my stage of life….four small kids! I would use my facebook and blog to facilitate/share what the Lord is doing. Thanks for the idea and opportunity.

Ok confession here. I might be the ONLY one left on earth that hasn’t gone through the study of Ester.
My family has been in a church transition that has left me Bible study groupless.
I have a desire to lead one at my high school with other staff ladies.
That would be a huge blessing to them and ME!

  7. Jessica Ables says

I would do this study on my blog with my ladies at church. My blog is It would be awesome to learn more about the life of Esther, I know some of the ladies at church want to do this study too.

I had a friend that went through Esther on her own last year and just raved about it. Another ‘leader'(I use that term loosely–mostly for myself) in the women’s ministry at my church and I have been thinking about what Bible study to do in the spring and I’ve been wanting to do Esther ever since my friend did it. What an awesome chance to win!!
I would blog about it at my personal blog –
I’m about the only one that blogs, but I love to talk about the Truth we’ve realized while doing studies! SO GOOD! :)

  9. says

Oh my, I would LOVE to blog my way through a Bible study! So if I don’t win… I want to participate in one of these ones! Also, I think FB discussion groups would be a great way to reach out.
My personal blog is: but I might create a sister-site especially for this so there can be more sharing than just through comments. Maybe a chat forum? Now that would be cool.
I would like to do this study at some point because our pastor did an Esther study last fall. I bet that Beth could teach me a few other things that I didn’t know and that I would really benefit from a study rather than a lecture format!

  10. Angey Wolken says

I would LOVE to win this for our next bible study series. Our church has completed Beth’s Jesus -The One and Only and has just started Breaking Free. How exciting would it be to be able to tell them that Esther is waiting in the wings!! I moderate our church’s facebook page and our Bible study group has one as well, so I have TWO places to discuss it:)

  11. says

I would love to have this study for my church ladies class. I did the study a few years ago and LOVED it! I would love to share this good Word with all of my close lady friends as well! I’d love to blog about their experiences, too!

  12. says

The answer to that would be up to the Lord. Our family is waiting for our house to sell. I would probably do it on my blog unless I was able to move soon, then I might see if anyone in my new community would be interested in doing it with me (I may do both!)

  13. says

I’d love to do this with my church. I did a couple of weight loss studies with a small group, but we have been looking for something new to do.
I would also be interested to see how other people have done studies on their blogs. That sounds like fun, but I’m not sure how to go about it.

  14. says

I took a break from leading Bible studies in the last year because I let the enemy beat me up a bit about some tough situations. Feeling the desperate need to fight back now. And maybe to do it a little differently this time–small local group, but using the blog as an added element.

  15. Jenn says

I’m moving into a new neighborhood in February and have been thinking of ways to get involved in my new area. Coordinating a Bible study might just be the way to do it! I did the Esther study three years ago and still go back to things learned through it. I’d love to have the opportunity to open my home and share God’s Word with new friends!

  16. says

I would love to win this for my church family and I know the ladies there would love to do this Study I know that I would like to do this study also I love Beth Moore she is such a blessing.

  17. Betty Brown says

I would like to start a women’s group in my area. I use to volunteer as a counselor at the Center For Women ministry in town, but it has closed for now. I enjoyed working with other Christian women of different denominations and I would like to start a new group where all Christian ladies could come and be fed. I feel Beth Moore’s teaching are awesome!!

  18. Jennifer C. says

This would be great to do with our ladies through our Facebook group. I have always wanted to do this study and now would be perfect!

  19. Carolyn says

I did the Esther study at a different church a couple years ago when it came out. I would love to have it for our women’s group at my church. Love Beth and her Bible studies.

  20. says

I’m currently studying Esther by myself using the study guide and the videos downloaded from Lifeway. I would love to start a womens ministry for my new community or church. May be this is my destiny, which was today’s video lesson. “For such a time as this”. Thank you, Lifeway!

  21. says

Right now a small group and I are involved in “A Woman’s Heart” study. We would love to have another one to help us grow in relationship with each other as well as with our Lord. Oh, I hope the random counter picks me!

  22. says

I have not participated in a Beth Moore bible study. Thus, I would love to complete the study and then use with a small group online and in my community.

  23. Ashley Kingery says

I am wanting to start a woman’s bible study in my community. I am serching for resources for this. I have never done anything like this but I feel that God is leading me in this direction.
