Impossible Clue #2

20140114-075705.jpgSo how did you do with the first set of clues? I still can’t figure out what the diagram of a cow (could it be a farm theme?) and a toy robot (of course we had robots in Agency D3) have to do with each other. Oh well, the gals on the marketing team definitely have something up their sleeves.

Of course you realize your job is to guess the theme and my job is to keep you from successfully guessing the theme. Oh what a tangled web we weave…

Grab your GPS and get ready for Clue Number 2.

Any ideas yet? I believe this mission is going to require a community effort to solve. Don’t forget, I’ll be back tomorrow with another clue.

And remember to share your guess in the comments section.  Then sign up in the box below to be entered to win a VBS 2015 Jump Start Kit, Preschool Starter Kit, and Kids Starter Kit! Five winners will be announced during the theme reveal blog party on June 2. Plus, save the date and bookmark this page to join us at 1:00 PM (CST) Monday, June 2 for the live theme reveal!

Something to do with being lost or off the map. The first clue the number was "off", the robot fell "off", second clue the person was "off" the map. Road off the map, or Journey off the map.

  2. Matthew says

There is something about directions. Yesterday we were given a bunch of locations around the world. Today, we were giveb lots of directions, with an emphasis on right. Hmmmmm.....

  3. Lisa Howard says

Hhhmmm...wonder why the "Hope" at the end was drawn out so slowly? And with all the right turns, did the girl in the video just end up going in circles? Something about staying on God's path will always give us hope? Jeremiah 29:11?

I would love to hear that story, Jerry. Missed getting in one of your classes this year at Nashville training. Hopefully next year.

Not sure why the GPS is behind the driver. Yesterday the last GPS coordinates took us to a place in the ocean that was in the middle of nowhere and today the GPS took her to some empty field. My kids LOVE trying to figure this out. We are still clueless but we "hope" to get it before Monday.

I have a theory about the link between the coordinates, but it's going to take me some invested time to figure it out. I love this time of year!! I will figure this out! Listened to too many puzzlers on Car Talk with my grandpa growing up.

I like the idea of a space theme!

The bible verse could be Matthew 28:19-20 "Go There for and Tell all Nations... The direction references around the world - GPS - God's Plan for Salvation.
There were construction barrels in the video today - it could be a construction theme centered around building a foundation for faith.

  7. Tammy says

Yesterday the video showed the word, "FATE" and today she sounds like she's saying "HOPE". Could it be "FAITH, HOPE, LOVE" with LOVE being the #1 (clue) most important? Hmmm.

  8. Tammy says

I thought at first she was drawing out a cross from the directions, but it turned out to look more like a pregnant toothbrush. Back to the drawing board.

  9. Angela says

I also think something about navigation, and being lost. Because in this video, the woman was lost (probably because her GPS was behind her, lol). In the first clue, the last coordinates led to nowhere. Maybe the theme is being found in Christ?

  10. DB says

Outer Space Love? Clues revealed as 3,2,1 and the ends of the video faith yesterday, hope today, love tomorrow?

  11. Karen2757 says

I think the new theme has something to do with navigating, maps, and seas - a "CRUISE SHIP" theme? : ]

  12. Karen2757 says

These videos are great -because they intrigue AND confuse me! BUT, I keep replaying to see "what clue I'm missing"!!! I'm clueless : D Can't wait to see what this theme is!!!! "Lost on an Unknown Far Away Island … in Outer Space"??? Haa haaa!!
