Angie Smith Giveaway

Celebrating the release of Audrey Bunny by Angie Smith

Angie SmithAngie Smith is one of our most popular authors here at LifeWay Christian Stores.   She is an excellent writer and a wonderful speaker at many events throughout the country each year.  Angie burst out on the scene for us a few years ago with the release of her first book, I Will Carry You which recounts the story of her sweet baby girl, Audrey, who lived just a few hours but has changed the world for countless people.  Such a powerful read!  Mended came out last year and remains one of our top books for women.

Today we’re celebrating Angie’s first children’s book, Audrey Bunny, which is a sweet story about a little bunny who fears that her imperfections will make her unworthy of any little girl’s love.  But, Audrey will soon learn that everyone is wonderfully and specially made by God.  LifeWay Christian Stores currently has the book on sale for $8.99!  Audrey Bunny

Check out this quick video to hear about the book straight for Angie.  Don’t you love the artwork?  It’s done by artist Breezy Brookshire (how much fun is that name, I ask you?!).

We’d love for you to experience Audrey Bunny as well some of Angie’s other books so we’re having a giveaway!  We have five sets of books to share with some lucky winners.
AudreyFor your chance to win one of the sets of books, simply leave your name in the comments section of today’s post.  Just for fun, tell us what a favorite book or game was when you were a child.

You have until midnight Thursday night (October 17) to enter.  We’ll announce our 5 winners tomorrow morning.

My husband and I discovered Peter Rabbit and all of Beatrix Potter’s animal stories as we looked for a gender-neural nursery when expecting after two miscarriages. Wanting to be completely surprised by God, we chose not to learn our child’s gender before birth. Having now read all of Beatrix Potter’s stories to our son, now 7, Peter Rabbit will always be my favorite because it was the first children’s story I read to him.
