Develop a “Continuing Education” plan that includes reading books, blogs (like this one), websites, webinars, online learning, and traditional conferences and live training events. LifeWay has a lot to offer, so search LifeWay.com to see what you can find but there are a lot of opportunities out there.
I’d like to invite you to Nashville next fall (October) to our Kids Ministry Conference. It’s already shaping up to be a great event. You’ll find it both educational and inspirational.
