Is there someone you can identify that might just take your place one day? In almost every ministry I’ve been involved with there has been someone who was dealing with God’s call to Kids Ministry. These are folks who are coming up behind you; folks who may take your place one day, or may be called to another church to build a Kids Ministry there.
