25 Ways to Refresh Your Spirit

The high today is 68 degrees in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This makes my heart so very happy. I’m throwing the windows open, lighting a pumpkin spice candle and listening to the sounds of children playing in the yard. snowman mug

  1. Love the list!! Loving your posts!

  2. I baked pumpkin chocolate chip cookies this weekend with the windows open and when I went outside to enjoy the beautiful weather, it smelled like pumpkin cookies all through the yard, that was a great refreshing fall moment!

My favorite one on your list is just breathe…because breathing is breathing Him, something I wrote about today.
