  157. Shann Cline says:

I have been a stay at home mom since my 4 year old was born. I also have a 14 year old. They keep me busy and I love being at home with them! My husband just had triple bypass surgery and is recovering from that. God is touching him everyday though. He is only 46 but the heart condition was hereditary. The surgery was a surprise to all of us, he didn’t have the “classic” systems, just tenseness in his shoulders and weakness. Just so thankful to God that he got to the hospital and was able to have surgery! God spared his life for a reason, I am just waiting to see what God is going to do next! My parents live across the street from us and we are very close to them. My mom just started her second round of chemo this week after her ovarian cancer returned. This time the cancer is inoperable and incurable. I am still praying for her healing. I have to trust Him no matter what. Healing or no healing, He is still God and He is still in control. In the meantime, my heart aches, MY HEART ACHES for my mom, my friend, my confidant! Sure would enjoy one of these stacks! I find myself reading more lately, it gets my mind off things and lifts my spirit. We are hoping to go to the Outer Banks in July. My husband’s and mom’s doctors say they think we should be able to depending on how my mom does with the chemo. I hope we will be able to make a sweet memory at the beach.
