Launch Guide for Bible Studies for Life

If you are about to launch Bible Studies for Life, one of the things you will need to do is communicate to your leaders. If you are a pastor, make sure you communicate well with your staff team for a smoother launch. If you are a small group leader, we encourage you to talk with the leadership of your church in order to keep everyone on the same page. Here are a few suggestions for leading up and leading down to communicate your transition to Bible Studies for Life.

Communicate Your Vision for Transitioning to Bible Studies for Life

The desire to begin using or transition to a new curriculum or Bible study material usually arises out of need (where another curriculum is lacking) or a shepherding vision (a leader desires to guide the people’s growth in certain areas). As a leader, it is important to think through this “need” or “vision” with sensitivity and wisdom.

  • Perhaps Bible Studies for Life has all the components of what you’ve been looking for in a curriculum. If this is the case, let those around you know why.
  • Perhaps Bible Studies for Life most closely aligns with the discipleship strategy of your church or the desires of your small groups. Help your leaders understand this so that they, too, make that connection.
